Morning maintenance routine: McGill Big 3 (ab curl-ups, bird dogs, and side planks), 150 deadbugs, Original Strength Reset.
Barefoot Fitness: Quick and the Dead protocol, 5/4 x 4 rounds of 1H swings (62, 62, 71, 71), push-ups (BW), 1-arm ring rows (20). Finished with anti-rotational abs, rainbow planks, and side planks. After the workout: dragon flag and front lever work.
