Fat Loss Challenge – Day 20

Recovery day. I definitely woke up a sleeping dragon yesterday at Barefoot and while swimming, a dragon named “Sciatica.” I need to somehow calm that beast down and send him back into hibernation. Might take a while though. Pain is once again a constant companion.
