Morning maintenance routine: McGill Big 3 (ab curl-ups, bird dogs, and side planks), 120 deadbugs, and Original Strength Reset.
Barefoot Fitness: 6 rounds of 3/3 SLDLs (80, 90) + 10 swings (106), plyometrics: 3 rounds of 2 deadlifts (315), 4 box jumps, 4/4 weighted alt. split jumps (2×25), 4 band-assist vertical jumps; 3 rounds of 3/3 DBL KB floor press (2×62), 5 Q&D push-ups, 5 DBL KB push press (2×53), 5 Q&D push-ups. Mobility circuit after each round. After the workout: 10 dragon flags, 5 front levers.
Swimming: 1h 3m, 1,700 meters, backstroke + IM workout.
