Sciatica survival mode – day 20.
Using a spreadsheet calculator I put together I’m estimating my current body fat percentage at 9%. If I make it down to 7 or 8% I’ll be happy. 6% would be even better but losing fat gets harder the lower you get, and not being able to exercise other than walking is making this tougher than it was in the past.
